Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days from the date the goods are received by you in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@dansran.ie. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once you receive return instructions from us, you must return the goods to us immediately, unused, in their original packaging and with the original order confirmation without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the date we receive your notification of cancellation. You are solely responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and for ensuring that the full and correct postage is paid. You are also responsible for the risk of any loss or damage of the goods upon receipt of delivery of the goods by you and while in transit to us. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit and you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting when returning goods. Title and risk to the goods shall pass back to us when received by us.
Provided that the terms of this policy are complied with we agree to reimburse you the purchase price plus the delivery costs which you paid for the goods without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the date we receive your notification of cancellation using the same means of payment as used by you, unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
In the interest of hygiene and for protection of all customers, earrings and pierced jewelry are excluded from exchange and return. This exclusion arises from Health and Safety consideration and to prevent spread of possible infections.
In addition, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This right of exchange or refund does not apply to earrings.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
